Delivery costs are €40 for Dublin & Surrounding Areas
Nationwide delivery is €149.

Our delivery team will assemble all furniture and dispose of all packaging afterwards. unless customer instructs them not to.

Small items like accessories will be delivered with courier at a charge of €10. no assembly will be involved.

Carpets & Flooring – There’s no delivery charge if we are fitting your floor. Delivery charges for supply only & deliver are same as furniture.

At times we may also offer free delivery on selected products and/or to our local areas. Information regarding this will be displayed online to inform you of any such events.

Your Delivery Service:

Once your goods arrive with us here at Frank McGowan, our delivery team will then contact you to arrange a mutually suitable date for delivery. However, please be aware of the delivery date of your purchase when ordering as this will directly affect when our delivery team will contact you.

The day before your furniture is due to arrive, we will contact you to give you a time slot for delivery (09:00 - 12:00, 10:00 - 14:00 or 13:00 - 17:00). If required, our delivery team can also call you 30 minutes before your delivery arrives.

In most cases your delivery will consist of a 2 man team, unless there are extremely heavy items, and furniture will be set up and unwrapped for you if required.

In Stock Products:

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of our in-stock products. Delivery can in most cases be carried out sooner depending on location.

Delivery Delays:

We would like to apologise for any instance in which delivery times may have been delayed. All delivery dates given by us are approximations, and although all delivery times are given in good faith we cannot always be held responsible for direct or indirect delays due to reasonable or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery to remote areas can also result in delays due to the distance needed to travel in order to reach the area.

On rare occasions (including holiday seasons) delays or restrictions in your area may result in a delay of delivery which is out of our control, and in cases such as these we will aim to inform you as soon as reasonably possible.


Any breakages/damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. In this event, please include your order reference number and email or call 01 8706100.

If In the event that a manufacturing fault occurs within the warranty period, please inform us of this as soon as possible.
